Once upon a time, in a land far, far out west--Los Angeles, to be exact--there was this guy that ran. He ran because he liked to run. He ran because it got good gas mileage. And he ran to stave off the dreaded love handles. What you see here is that guy's attempt to chronicle his daily running feats--or feets.
Ran my first 3 miles in the new shoes. They felt good. The run felt
good, too. Helps when you run inside and there's no wind or sun. Of
course, it gets pretty boring. Added a new link: Love First.
